What cosmetics/skin care brand has the best eye make-up remover? - neutrogena s l retinol
So far, I liked the Neutrogena and I am not now, as L'Oreal Eye Makeup Remover. If any of you have had good experiences with other brands, please let me know. I use black eyeliner and mascara, and they are also not good.

wow I was really recommend Oreal, because I make your eye makeup remover love, but now I use Neutrogena and appears to work well!
